Service and prices

Paid access unlocks the full report (ratios, all muscle-group scores, named progression points with exercises, 4-week plan, shareable card). Prices displayed at checkout include VAT when Stripe Tax is enabled on the payment page. If tax is not collected, the publisher operates under the applicable French VAT franchise until a registered business collects tax. Catalogue amounts are loaded from the payment provider when configured. The amount charged is always the one shown on the payment page before you confirm. The first charge is due immediately (no trial). Subscriptions then renew on the same day each month or year until cancelled.

Payment and renewal

Web checkout is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the Account screen (billing portal) or from Stripe’s customer emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Apple Pay or Google Pay appear only when Stripe and your device offer them — they are not guaranteed.

14-day withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (French Consumer Code). Because the report is digital content supplied immediately, we ask you to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the full report is delivered. To withdraw before delivery, email support@shapemax.hugobaras.fr. Refunds of unused periods follow the payment provider’s rules.

Complaints and mediation

Write to support@shapemax.hugobaras.fr. A consumer mediator will be named before any paid public launch; until then complaints are handled directly by the publisher. French law applies. Consumer courts of the user’s residence have jurisdiction.
